I have no idea from where oil is drippin. It seems it going from this shaft near gear stick. I never knew there is oil inside.

Could be drive shaft oil seal where the drive shaft enters the gear box. A reasonably easy job to replace.

I have this problem for a long time . Replace the shaft seal a couple of times with no success. Replace the sleeve also no success. Find out later the oil come from the rear side of the yoke that go into the gearbox on the drive shaft. Sealed it and gone is the leak.
