A puzzle!  had to fit new bushes to the front arms ( chassis )  noticed the caster correction bushes were not fitted in the correct position, so sorted that, also when i had the car, it had a slightly bent down knuckle arm ( tie rod end bolts onto ) replaced that partnow the Lateral rod is now touching the diff housing and even rotates the UJ on the prop shaft when you steer! by fixing/sorting things out, i have made it worse!  everything looks ok, arms not bent, no loose bolts!?

Have you put the track rod on top of the knuckle arms? It should be nuts up.

How odd..does the bend seem to be manufactured or more diy?

Too much castor correction?? Holes on axle where control arms bolt on ovaled out badly maybe?? Different diff housing?? Wrong tie rod ends?? Or bent up tie rod end mount?? Collapsed transfer case mounts??
Thinking out load here might give some things to check maybe.

I've seen this come up before but I can't remember exactly what the cause was. It's certainly nothing to do with castor correction or any other part of the vehicle. Its purely caused by the realtionship between the hubs, the track rod and the axle housing.
