Hello.

I approached some modifications as proposed in

www.rumbozeroexpediciones.com/app/.../TT-102+SUZUKI+1600.pdf

G16b Engine from Suzuki baleno 2001.

Without using engine-gearbox adapter kit.

Aligner is constructed to ensure proper alignment engine box

Box holes are enlarged to accommodate the knock pin and allow the motor screw

At the bottom we drilled the two parts (engine and gearbox) simultaneously to insert a "pin" which allow the correct centering of the two parts

Lower coupling piece

Jimny oil strainer with 1.6 connection welded

Flywheel of jimny in 1,6 engine

Jimny phonic wheel in the 1.6 engine. You must be careful to place it in the correct angle

Test 1,6 injectors.

Right engine modifications

Left engine modifications

Assembly engine gearbox set

Motor circuit filled with oil, using a soda bottle pressurized with air. The connection is made in the oil pressure switch.

Relocation exhaust pipe

Close-fitting

Prolongation of the lower support from the exhaust

Ignition timing is correct.

Ready to use

Thank you very much to those who helped me in the work

Best regards. Gustavo

Hello,

For install the phonic wheel

1) put the engine in "timming belt instalation" (crankshaft and camshaft) ..

2) insert the phonic wheel (whith the front face properly) as the figure
