NEW SNORKEL ! was created by Fearghal Murphy
Day off work 2moro, so i am going to give the snorkel fitting a go ! I received it within a few days thanks to Martins A1 service ! Bit worried bout the possible stencil inaccuracy tho ! Anyone copped it ? i shall take some pics as i go n hopefully all will be well ! Up at the crack 2moro and in to work to steal a few bits to make the job more simple ! Here goes ! Must order that breather kit too !

TIP ! If you can keep your Jimny mud free for a few days or give it a blast with a pressure washer a day before starting your fit, DO IT ! Taking the inner wing trim off whilst caked in mud led to the safety goggles being used haha! Dry mud just goin everywhere ! Nightmare ! haha !

Yes Dutch ! 2 of the guide holes were off, actually just adjusted it by eye, and it worked out bang on ! Nice snug fit , with no rubbing on the main hole ! Have you fitted one urself ?

Haha ye i know what ya mean, i didnt bother with the 81mm hole saw bit for the drill, just used a HSS bit on my drill n then used a jigsaw to cut it all out went well !! I started with 8 cuts str8 out from the centre (like a spiders web) and then started to cut in an anti clockwise direction ! I did need to de bur the edges quite a lot tho ! Smooth now and the Jimny is running sweet !
Good luck man, keep me posted on ur fitting !
Thanks dude !
