Yes Dutch ! 2 of the guide holes were off, actually just adjusted it by eye, and it worked out bang on ! Nice snug fit , with no rubbing on the main hole ! Have you fitted one urself ?

Good stuff ! Yep i started mine at 11 this morning and finished up nice n proper at 4pm ! So aint too bad with a few tea breaks ! Go for it ! If ya start be sure to throw up some pics to show off ! What type of snorkel is it ??

Haha ye i know what ya mean, i didnt bother with the 81mm hole saw bit for the drill, just used a HSS bit on my drill n then used a jigsaw to cut it all out went well !! I started with 8 cuts str8 out from the centre (like a spiders web) and then started to cut in an anti clockwise direction ! I did need to de bur the edges quite a lot tho ! Smooth now and the Jimny is running sweet !
