I bought my Gen.4 from Startin in Redditch at list price and they are selling the commercial at list price except they wont see anymore this year. They are getting an enquiry for a jimny at the rate of one per day. They have a s/hand one with 67 miles on the clock for £25,000.

Tel. 01527-883800 speak to Stuart.

That one above is like many commercials on Autotrader - listed without the VAT, but when you get through to their actual website it is in big writing that it is £25499+VAT, so another over £30k for the non-business buyer.

Thanks. Does the dual tone refer to the black roof or a special dual tone metallic colour ?

I ended up getting a silver commercial for £23,995 yesterday, VAT deductible that should also get me some very welcome tax relief eventually.
There are a few that are a lot more money, and dealers still saying that you’ll not get one for any less, but it is possible - I’m sure even less than I’ve paid - especially if you don’t need it to be VAT deductible!

It looks like Gen 3 prices have crept up.

I bought my 2011 SZ4 (registered Dec 31st so nearly 2012) 2 years ago from a dealer for a shade under £7,000, that was middle of the road price 2 years ago, certainly on Autotrader.

Just looked now and a 2011/2012 SZ4 with similar mileage and condition, nothing for less than £9,000 and most significantly more.

For less than £7k now it is a 2008/09 or verh high mileage and SZ3.

Not that this tempts me to buy a Gen 4 at £25-30k.
