Fitted EBC discs and Green stuff pads to the front.
The drivers side was covered in dust and muck and the sliders were stuck, as was the slider bolts and calliper holder, so took 2 hours. The passenger side was much cleaner, nothing stuck so only took an hour.
After reading a post on here I removed all of the sliders, cleaned them up and applied Silicone grease, they were super smooth when finished.
The drivers side disc was definitely on the way out on the back
The passenger side was OK as were the pads on both sides.
A road test to bed them in showed nice progressive braking with a lot more power than I can ever remember.

Today I have mostly been getting a new mot. Advised on pad wear but new ebc should be here tomorrow and also Advised that tyres have minor cracks. Otherwise everything is peaches and cream.
