Engine bay during cleaning and before painting. All rust has been removed removed and holes patched. Space over wheels will be covered with a thick rubber.
Fuel tank and air compressor on their places.
Body on the chassis. It stands on the bump stops, because springs are not there yet - it's easier to work on the car if it's lower
Engine is almost ready to fit in All redundant sensors, wires, breathers and electronics have been removed. Intake manifold is not there yet. It also turned out, that the engine is 1895ccm, so it's 1.9is not 1.8is I did a small research and the engine is not M42B18 but M44B19. The difference is almost none:
M42B18: 1796ccm, 140PS @ 6000 rpm, 175Nm @ 4500 rpm
M44B19: 1895ccm, 140PS @ 6000 rpm, 180Nm @ 4300 rpm

Is the spelling mistake supposed to be on the warning stickers? rason? Or have I missed something?

Nope. It's a typo, I've also noticed it. Going to send them back...Sponnie wrote: Truck is coming along great.
