I need rollcage mostly to slide on trees or for low speed rollovers, because I don't do cross country, more like mudding or hill climbing.
Our competitions look more or less like that: www.youtube.com/results?search_query=poland+trophy

First of all

Its looks god dam sexy project :woohoo:

Im interested about your cooling system. Where fans will get fresh, cold air? From saloon? And where you will get air? :D :D

This is friend of mine, check out 1.06 - 1.18 There you can see interesting forced air flow system, where air is taken right up window and by tunnel forced to radiators.

Offcourse in the video its next level, cuz all car is made from aluminium.

There's plenty of room over the radiator :)

Looks quite similar to the Magam Trophy which is no more. Used to have a handful of Danes attending every year. A danish team won one year, around 2005 I think :P

There's nothing secret about them.
They're mainly homebuilt around an old differential.

You just need to have a reduction case with PTO and a mechanical winch like the one from for example BRDM or STAR 266. And the rest You have to "do it yourself" :)
But the mechanical winch would put me into the extreme class and I want to be in the adventure class.

One of my buddies has a mechanical winch off a Robur army truck. It winches in a 1:1 of wheel rotation speed. So he can winch at over 70 km/h :)

Well.. That's pretty obvious.. ins't it :P ;)

I like the idea of a mechanical winch for long pulls.
But the technical winching on slopes and i forests I prefer the electrical winch. Often far quicker to use.
