Saw an 02 Silver J that passed me on the A25 as I was walking home from Reigate to Redhill this evening.

Looked like it had a big lift and big tyres. Tyres where noisy so guessing they had a fairly agressive tread.

May have been me mate! I'm a '52 plate tho, although the rest of your description matches me! My tyres sound like a chinook! Haha!

I'm sure it was an 02, but it was dark. But yes, the tyres had a distinctive rumble

Saw it again tonight. The reg. plate starts with W*02. Fairly sure I've seen a picture of it in another thread on BJ.
