PURCHASE FELL THROUGH!!!!
Waited yesterday as arranged, Could not deliver as partner was ill.
Arranged for today. No response on Messenger or mobile.
Then was contacted to say he was returning my deposit as he felt "threatened".
What do members here think?

Seems weird. what was he threatened by? On the plus side from seeing some pics of that car I don't think it had long left in the world despite having a fresh MOT.

Maybe you are right.
Because I asked him what was going on he felt threatened.
I am having a check done to see if he in fact is the legal owner.
