I am worried about the amount of unused thread on the nuts that secure the spacers to the hub.

The studs are standard length, the nuts supplied with the spacers are longer then the stud, ( actually longer then the nuts used with the OEM steel wheels)

Nice to see my "stick a bolt through the hub" vacuum hub bodge making an appearance there!

The standard length stud is designed to fit the o.e steel wheel. You have now added the extra width of the spacer, approx 30mm. The wheel nuts that we can see should use all of the old studs and protrude about 1 thread beyond the nut. This is a safety issue and could easily result in the wheel tearing away from the hub.

There is as much thread being used here as the open nuts (OEM ) used on a steel wheel, the , the nuts pictured here are longer then the OEM open nuts , so there is less thread on a OEM open ended nut, so they also have a risk of tearing away as they have less thread to hold onto? The nuts used in the spacer to the wheel are closed nuts and cover the entire length of the exposed stud

Suzuki make alloy wheels that need extended shoulder wheel nuts , and they also use less thread then a steel wheel with open nut, and that's OEM fitment, from factory
