New JB74 from Brazil (replacement for my 3rd gen)

Indeed it is not, I hope they are wrong (that is what they told me after I asked for a quote on the tank). In Brazil there is only one ARB official reseller.

So we tested the Long Ranger tank: my girlfriend and I took the Jimny on a 10,000 km (about 6,200 miles) trip from our home in Brazil to the Argentinian Northwest, going to the historic capital Salta, then further north, close to the border with Bolivia at the pueblo of Iruya.

From there we went west, coming closer to the Andes mountains at the city of San Antonio de Los Cobres (which stands at 3,754 meters or 12,316 feet above sea level). Afterwards we drove south through the iconic Ruta 40, all the way down to Mendoza with a few detours to interesting places along the way.

The trip was great and the Jimny and the long ranger tank did not present any major issues.
Close to the end of the trip I noticed there was some moisture around the fuel tank drain, which I got fixed by replacing the drain plug gasket when I got home.
