Welcome to the forum. I think I'm right in saying that you could be our first member in Japan? Or not. We are primarily a UK ish club but we have a good global membership someone of which might be aware of such a club in your area?

Hello and welcome from me too,

I have been many times in Kanagawa prefecture, at Isehara city, cause the big Japanese company I have worked for, in the past, have it’s headquarter right there...
