Hello all,
just became the owner of white Jimny 2015 - i believe basic trim. 88K km on dash with some rust marks.
I already noticed that remote doesn't unlock and lock doors, but operating with key in the door works. Passenger door not so enthusiastic to lock, but can be locked from inside manualy.
Radio antenna needs to be replaced and all oils.

If it's not lots/to costly, get the rust treated. Saves in the long run. Does the remote battery have power?

What do you mean knockoffs? as sellers could ask more then its normal or?
first 10 KM done in the very vet and snows conditions. Feels good.
Battery replacement fixed doors unlocking problem. Also passenger door seems to be operating better.
First 1 EUR was a good spend.

Knockoff = Fake, copied, non-genuine.
Just buy things like that from a reputable source, and Im sure you will be ok
