Be careful which products you use as some with prolonged use can actively degrade the tyre.

What is it like reversing at night with the gangsta windows? My [strike]Renault[/strike] Nissan has them and I can't see a thing going backwards in the dark- I even checked that the reverse lamps actually came on :whistle:

Andy - I ordered the grill and other accessories via the dealer a couple of weeks before collection. They fitted them before I picked it up.

Did they leave you the old grill that was removed?

I only mentioned this because I've heard of garages taking stuff off and actually not leaving it with the car/owner!

I passed my driving test in my dad's 2CV. He had it for almost 30 years before he sold it. Loved that car. New Jimny is the best bits of a 2CV and Series Land-Rover (which was my first car) squished together.

@treps Parking sensors are available as an accessory. Part number 990E0-78R53-000. If you buy the 'Street pack' (Promo ID 004772) you get the sensors and deluxe carpet mat set for £249 fitted.

There's also a reversing camera available. Part number 99195-78RA0-000. £235 for parts, £75 for install.
