Jimny now has nav and Bluetooth!

Hey everyone. Not having nav and handsfree i looked into getting a aftermarket unit. Done loads of searching and found one on ebay from china. It was up for £230ish or best offer, managed to get it alot cheaper also with wireless reversing camera.

3 days later and it arrives via dhl! Very impressed with the quality! After unboxing i started to remove my old unit which took me literally 2 mins! Then in went the new, so simple to connect, no cutting and shutting wires just plug and play! Only really difficult thing to do was to mount the GPS receiver, removed glovebox and passenger a pillar trim to route the wires so it was mounted on the top left of the windscreen with all wires hidden!

Had a little play with the settings and i am over the moon! The nav is better than any tom tom ive used and sound quality is spot on (not running standard speakers though!). The nav even has speed camera alerts and is very simple to use.

Going to attempt to fit the reverse camera tomorrow!

Looks really good and the plug and play was a result thought you might of had a nigtmare trying to wire it in to the original harness

looks great that, would like something lke that in mine, but my dash is totally different to yours.

You can get one to fit but you will need a new facia trim, can be brough on ebay. You will have to double check the wiring connections too. Fitted the reverse camera yesterday, its soo good!

Hi. I recently purchased one of those GPS navigation systems and was easy to install. But I had a problem with the camera.
Was just wondering if you had the same problem. I couldn't get it to work.
