Well, today i felt brave and tried to tackle the brake hoses, partly succesfull lol! the rear one just seemed like its gonna round off so gave up before there was no turning back, managed the fronts though so even if i get the rear one fitted from a garage itll be a hell of a lot cheaper.

They wernt much longer though, literally the 3" if that  Will they be ok lol???? They were from llaaaaaama.

that one looks long like lol

reckon the lift will be on tomorrow, is the back flexi worse than the front for being too short? I mean, which flexi is the shortest as standard when you lift them, which is more prone to be stretched? Will the rear be ok on the lift till i get it fitted?

cheers gaz.

They should be ok, the rear one will be the longest. Did Dave @ Llama ask how long you wanted them? If you keep the anti roll bar on the front it will be the rear hose that will get most flex.

I went for red as well lol.

they will fit a stock jimny if you trim lower part of arch. for no modifications you want 195/80/15....just slightly bigger than standard

Ahh Okay. Thanks ! In the eyes of a 17yr old.. (who needs parental consent to make permanent mods..) is cutting arches such a big deal? - if i DID want those wider tyres? - plus would they fit standard rims?

if not..

Should fit ok, they're a very respected off road tyre. They're pretty hardcore for road use lol. Have a look at Insa Turbo Saharas or Recip Trials.

You might have a problem with the back flexy pipe. I fitted Jimnybits +2ins springs before LLamas extended hoses :silly: , had to use spring compressors to get them in. would have been much easier after or at the same time.:)

On the 8th Day God made the LandRover -
On the 9th day he swapped it for a Jimny.
