Mid-gear and transfer box oil change.
Picked this 2001 Jimny up from a colleague of my girlfriend at the beginning of last summer. Had lots of fun driving and fettling.
Slowly working my way through various jobs; came with the standard soft top, already well shrunk, the zips disintegrated as soon as I tried to use it so replaced with a fastback from eBay. That needed a couple of inches adding along with new poppers but it's a big improvement, easier to open and even got a thumbs up from a bloke in the garage the other day!.
First time in the mud showed up the leaky vac hubs; now replaced with SJ fixed.
Recently replaced the tyres with 195/80 Hankook Dynapros which are great. Next job is to sort my slightly dragging n/s brake calliper then the big one to come is replacing the heater matrix which sprung a leak just as winter approached; perfect timing.
Picked up lots of useful info and inspiration here, keep it up!
Cheers
