The second is the interior light switch is loose so it doesn't stay on.

You slightly open the jack whilst it's in its tray and it holds itself in. The wooden cover just sits there under the carpet or at least it does in mine!

Today I had a go at cleaning up the headlights, I used Tcut and it made them look a lot clearer.
The de-badged grill is in and I think it looks much neater.

Thank you Halford I have to say after seeing your jimny page before I owned one made me want one like yours. Instead of carrying dogs (although we rescued a Springer ourselves) il be transporting some archery equipment in it.
