This shows what my Jimny looked like the day I bought her

and how she looks now.

I've hammerited the alloys and front badge. De badged the rear and added a suzuki sport badge. Fitted spacers, got new number plates and replaced the air filter for a K&N.

Next I want to black out the VVT badges and tint the windows, especially at the rear. Im 18 and the jimny's a great vehicle, I love the look and tough stance. It gets quite a bit of attention on the road! Thanks guys

I know how that feels. Heres my transformation:

Here she is all stock on her first ever 4x4 day out. 24th Jan 2014

And here she is 19th July 2014. Pretty much the exact same spot and angle.

That thats just the exterior!! Done the full sound system, dual batteries, extractors and 1+3/4" exhaust and im doing my m18a conversion as we speak!

I work for Dominos and get quite a few people commenting about it. I love when people sorta see me coming, look away then do a double take like as if "woa is that thing for real?"

Next plan is a custom steel snorkel and maybe a bigger airbox + pipes. The m18a engine sucks up a bit more air than the m13a.

Great Jimny!! its nice having a little side project to work on. And it all pays off when you get a few looks!:) I'm thinking of upgrading the sound system too, may I ask how you went about it and what you changed??

So I mounted JL Audio 6*9s in the rear door trim. Made the holes bigger in the front and installed JL Audio 5.25"s and wired up a Kicker Hideaway 10" sub under my seat.

my Jimny's small changes with huge impact:

#1. Anti roll bar removed (threw in the garbage bin already);

#2. +2" OME suspension (particularly if you have back issues);

#3. Custom steel front bumper;

#4. Bf Goodrich Mud terrain Km2 215/75r15;

#5. Stereo head unit and speakers upgrade;

#6. Safari snorkel

cheers

Nice looking Jimny, I like how it looks with the spacers. And the small badge on the back is a nice touch

Wow what a brilliant setup, a very neat job too. Thanks for some ideas, hopefully my jimny will have a similar system soon!
