Hello All from an Ex Land Rover owner.

After many years of Land Rover ownership we have now found the joys of owning a Jimny. Just bought a blue 52 plate which is similar in many ways to our old Defenders but feels much more reliable and is just as fun to drive.

Just can't wait to try it off-road or in the snow

Trying to convince my dad that he needs to flog his defender thats currently sat outside broken and buy a jimny!! Think hes a green oval whore tho tbh.

Have spent thousands on Defenders over the years and although I love them to bits I took the advice of mechanic who looks after my cars, who is ex Simmonites, is green oval through and through but recommended me to get a Jimny.

You won't go wrong with the jimny.... I had a discovery and regretted every minute I had it.... Always broken.

I turn up at trials with the jimny some say not a jimny... That's the winch challenge defender boys... Opps won their trials...

Only issue I have is the deep ruts. Keep out of them.

Yeah but he will lose a lot of fitness due to not having to lift the bonnet ten times a day.
