a bit more info that i didn't think to include.
i'm jeremy, i live in the remote northern territory town Nhulunbuy. its 800K from the nearest exhaust shop.
postage in australia is quite expensive, but local post will send you things that you have bought from overseas without adding any additional cost at pickup. half my mods are from jimnybits for this reason. im ridiculously remote and overseas airfreight quotes are actually cheaper than domestic shipping. a lot of guys on AZ were getting the headers from WMD and found they were great apart from the fact that the headders are 48mm diameter outlet, and the standard exhaust is 40mm. so when i was a full exhaust come up, i thought what the hell. cost me $1100 and it was here in 2 weeks (3 days to darwin, a bit of waiting and a week on a barge). this was cheaper than the 220L of petrol to get too and from Katherine, and trying to get something made. by the way, my fuel is $2.15 per litre.
anyway, my 2010 jimny has a m13a, a automatic transfercase, and 30x9.5s, so the revs you hear in 1sr, 2nd and 3rd, only take me up to 80 kph. i sit at 4150rpm @ 100kph in 5th. the whisteling is my roofracks, not me going a million miles per hour. hope that clears it up and heres a vid from thisarvery as proof i guess
