It's not just a JDM Jimny, as they are identical to the UKDM Jimny. This is a 'Kei Car' Jimny. The 'Kei Car' is a category of small vehicles, limited to 660cc, I believe. The category was created to ease congestion and provide easier parking, as well as the financial advantages of being cheaper, less tax, less insurance rates, etc.
This should be equipped with a 658cc, 0.7L Petrol engine

Tadpole it's not a new shape - it's an '02 model - it's just the Japanese Domestic Market (JDM) version. I've seen them on You Tube etc without the body mouldings and wheel arch extensions.
I think I'd like a mix of both, our arch extensions with that bonnet!
Is it petrol or diesel Cold6983???

So far, the critter is a bone stock FIS Freestyle edition except for tires and turbo timer. It is a 658 CC FI gas engine. I will keep y'all up to date as things start to happen with it.

That engine came with 64 HP and is turbocharged so its easily tune to more power.
The new Caterham is going to be equipped with 3 of this engines.
