Today I gave the car a quick clean and brushed the mats off ready for a buyer from Galway to come for a viewing tomorrow.
This is the current machine that is going to make way for the new toy...

After the clean up I took a trip out to Buncrana and picked up this...

The modifications have started already by removing the Goodmans CD unit which was wedged in with a bit of paper, to make way for the Pioneer head unit The start of things to come :woohoo:

Brilliant change the jimny makes you grin every time. I don't want to ever sell mine and just keep ploughing dosh into it for new mods. Congrats

So far theres a wee and I mean wee wobble on the steering, hardly what I would call a DEATH WOBBLE :evil: stars at around 70kmh and stops at around 100kmh but it seems to be intermittent. Too wet and dark to check things over so maybe a wee look tomorrow after I finish work.
Must lay my hands on some 4" speakers now, fronts are totally gone and the rears seem to be non existant :ohmy:

There are no rears in from factory but the holes are there to mount some. 10cm speakers all round work great

My mates wife has a Merc like that.Very nice car but it just has to hear snow mentioned on the radio and it starts skidding.
