Meet Pete the newest member of my family.

I do have the same mod's on my Jimny, the snorkle looks identical of mine.
Mine came from Schnorkel.ES and was also a perfect fit.
Also did changed the air filter by the K&N one, it's like you say, it goes more fluently and give's a nice sound too.

I believe that Pete seems to be developing a bit of the common "Jimny Lean", and I'm not the sort to live with it I'm afraid. Can anyone suggest the best method to measure the lift, so I can confirm that it isn't just my eyes deceiving me? My tyres aren't equally warn at the moment, so measuring to them would mess with my measurements. If there is some lean I presume I can get one of the bits4vits spacers to compensate. Do these only go drivers side front? As it stands the rear also seems a little on the lean, would this happen purely because the front had dropped? Does anyone put spacers drivers side front and rear? I understand this happens due to unequal weight distribution and the drivers weight?

You do just put a spacer on the drivers side front and the Bits4Vits ones are the ones to have due to the way they are shaped to the spring coil.

I have had to do this and with spring spacers and someone to stand on the hub to drop the axle a little more it's no terrible job if your shock bolts come undone easily.

Finally got a spring spacer installed on Pete yesterday, making him look far less drunk. Amazing what it does to the overall driving experience, most of the wobble has gone again, and I feel he won't fall over on left turns!!!

David at Blood Red 4x4 helped me out with his spring clamping hydraulic machine, literally two minutes of a job. I did purchase a Bits4vits spacer with the cut for the spring. It seems that KAP red springs are ground flat though on the top, meaning they only just fit against the notch at the top. I drive 20 miles and checked it, and nothing seems amiss down there.

Spoke to David about some other bits I was hankering after, rock sliders, diff guards and a spare wheel shovel bracket, and he said he could fabricate anything to my specs. Want them all zinc plated, so they stand out a bit. Just need to get some OT in to pay for them all !!!!

So David at BloodRed 4x4 has been busy again fitting my ORA winch bumper. It appears this bolt on, no cutting or welding kit, took a little bit of persuasion to fit. Now it's on it looks awesome, if not a little bit over the top for a daily driver. As David said the crumple zone is now the boot of the car driving in front !!!!

Fitting the bumper has highlighted the size and poor wear of the 195's I've currently got on though. I've bitten the bullet and ordered 4 BFG Mud Terrain KM2's in 215/75R15 from Tyreleader. Impressed with their service, 48hrs delivery to the fitting centre of my choice for £88 each. The best in the area I was quoted as £129 each fitted. They are likely to cost £10-12 each to fit so I'm still well up! Inspected them at the fitting centre, and they look lovely. Quality item and very heavy. Hopefully Pete will be wearing them in a couple of days. I also hope to get my 32mm spacers installed, giving Pete a bit more of a purposeful stance, as he currently looks all bumper !!!

Also got a bike carrier for Pete and took this picture. Granted my bike is a 29er, but it looks like I hung a giants bike on a toy car!!!
