Cheers :) the bumper is one of a kind fitment due to the crash damage it had when I bought it...

However I am deffently pleased with the front end I never thought it would turn out like that! :)

I am going down the trailer route!

A experdition trailer was off the cards untill recently when i realized that space is a big factor (no pun intended) in the Jimny and i simply couldnt stuff everything in and ontop of the Jimny especially after fitting a RRT (Roof Top Tent)

So a expedition trailer seamed to be the best if not only option to enable longer self reliant trips

So i started shearching... and my first stop was Expedition Portal a online forum for vehicle expedition enthusiasts, mainly american based but there is some UK memers on there

They are big on Expo Trailers over there mainly with wrangers as they share the same problem as Jimnys

And the custom or adapted trailer designs are brillaint but my favourite one so far has to be this guys system

www.expeditionportal.com/forum/threads/1...a-Geotracker90-Build !

Here is the finnished article

I too are planning on starting from just an axle and building the frame myself so i can have the set-up as i wish

What are your guy opinions?

In the mean time i installed my inside/outside temp gauge

The mounting of it is only temporary as i want to see the accuracy on the sensor first before mounting it permanently

Anyway pictures!

Funny story that....

It was one of those "i wonder if it would fit in this hole... OH F@$&"

Safe to say it isn't coming out

Its reading bang on the weather prediction of 9C and dose not get effected by wind or engine heat so it looks like it will be ok

It seams a good place actually as my foot panels have fallen off and broke the tabs...

You could take the panel off snap off the last tab and cut a small slot in it to stop the wire from rubbing
