After a few play and play days I'm hooked and after a bit more ground clearance.
So I've turned this:
into this:
Big Jimny 3" lift and some 235x75s etc.
Just need to get my 10mm x1mm nuts for the shocks and I'll be able to see how it drives.

Definitely a winch before diff locker.
As someone wrote on this forum a while ago. "A winch gets you out of any situation, a locker gets you out of some situations" .. Or something like that

If you haven't got rear castor correction arms already, get some rear shock relocation brackets or your lower shock mounts wont last 5 minutes.
Nice looking jimny in the best possible colour they can come in
