Carrow's Jimny in need of a lift was created by Carrow
Hi, this is my Jimny, just after a wash and polish, its a 2008 JLX+, suzuki side steps, chrome spare wheel cover, EGR Bonnet guard, ERG headlight protectors and towbar, also fitted with Matador MP71 Izzarda AT tyres (which are well grippy in the snow and mud.) NO LIFT as yet.

Thinking about a lift, can't lift too much as I drive it every day. How easy is a 1" or 2" spring lift. And where's the best place to get a kit.

Hi Carrow.
The best lift for your jimny is from BITS4VITS it's a 1.5 inch spring spacer kit.

I'll second the advise above. I drive mine daily and i have exactly the same kit. Its not even needed longer brake lines. I do run taller tyres though even though its a daily. i do roughly 25miles a day now but i get a bit of help with fuel from work.

Thats a really nice looking truck too, i'd love a 2nd road biased daily to keep clean and presentable.

Black Jimny's don't get stuck!

That's ok mate,
l think this with be the best lift for you, with the wheels@tyres that you have on your Jimny at the moment.
The job will take about 2 to 3 hours if all goes well, getting the nuts off the top of the front shocks is the hardest job.
Good luck.;)
