Before the 61regs were out I bought AW61 KER and it is now on retention for when I get a car new enough for it to go on. It's supposed to read A WALKER as thats my name
Me and my dad have the same initials and he bought a private reg 30 years ago. In the photo albums there are old black and white photos with the plate on his cars when he was mid twenties and in the last 3 years the plate has been on my Astra VXR and Porsche so it's becoming a bit of a family relic.
Personally I like a private reg however I understand that they're not everyone's cup of tea. Anyway nice plate Luke. Also that Aus plate on ZookFastbacks is awesome! I saw J1MNY for sale a while back for about £9k, but that's a bit out my price range

If its a good plate that 90% of people can read... then its a great mod, if its words vaguely spelt, i can't see the point.
KAP have/had a good plate, something like J7MNY... still not as good as the J1MNY though!
Can't get onto the page at the moment, this work PC is shocking!

Great prezzie Luke, hope you enjoy it buddy
I'm off to look at a private plate for my little LJ, wonder what the law is and what will be available on such an old car
