This is a private hate of mine since all the locals on my snobby estate drive beemers, mercs, audis and big 4x4s with private plates - old cars pretending to be money people snobby gits.:laugh:

.... nowt wrong with personalised number plates ... I piad £200 for mine in 2006 ... BCD are my initials....

and M3 BCD was too costly (£2,000)

Excuse bumping an old thread rather than starting a new one.

Were any of the first gen 4 Jimnys on an '18 plate?

I have offered to buy my wife a personalised plate for her birthday.

I'm not sure I want to be driving a car around all the time with a numberplate that spells her name, but I'm sure given time it would end up on her own next car...
