OK so I couldn't wait until I finished my graphs, got into it this morning. Took about an hour to fit. The length of sensor wasn't an issue just need to release the plug from the harness.
Just revving in the driveway I could feel a definite difference in the response. Driving is definitely improved with better pick up through the gears and a bit more pull down low. It will be interesting getting her out on the h'way.
If nothing else it looks super sexy

I used the supplied gasket and anti seize on the threads
Definitely a smoother flow into the manifold, OEM has a lip where the pipe is welded to the plate
Looking up the outlet, pretty smooth merge
Job done
Looking up the OEM outlet the catalytic converter was stuffed, now I know where the debris in the other cat came from.

I'd be surprised if G motors were the same as M motors
