Its got much more torque, and suits the automatic quite nice. Before I had to shift manually to 3rd gear on hills etc. But now I can add a little trottle, it drops out of lockup and I still have the power to take the hills. With the M13A I had to press the pedal t the floor to make anything happen if I did not gear manually. So instead of applying trottle, I shifted up and down :laugh: much more torque off idle as well


I used the M13A intake, exhaust (welded a crack between cyl 1 and 2), sump, pickup etc. So it looks exactly like stock :)

Painted the stock rims White. Dont have the flaps on as I have tried to get the MPG up. Im avarage 8.2 liter/kilometer. not too bad, been down to 7.6 liter/kilometer

Looking pretty good. I think at some point I have to find a bigger engine too. Still hoping I will find a cheap Vitara 1.6l one day.....

those alloys look pretty good painted white B)
mine are well blistered and bubbled and on the list to be done (but it's a long list) :whistle:
think I'll go for a dark colour or possibly khaki
