ahh ok the bumper looked like it was a solid welded bumper, maybe someone should try and make one? :)

5" lift on arrival ...

today i painted the new springs (which were in a brilliant red ... i hate coloured suspensions ...)

front compared with stock springs

rear (don't mind the smirfs poster ...)
img148.imageshack.us/f/dscn3674z.jpg/

and rear shock repositioners
img135.imageshack.us/i/dscn3675.jpg/

... the ripositioners work like this:
www.zanfi.it/modules/catalog/images/correttore_amm_post_1

and have many advantages: you gain 25mm more extension travel (must checkout bump stoppers lenght), move the shocks body away from rear springs (a common problem over 3" lift), grant longer life to shock bushes, prevent the shock to be lost and move it in a higher safer position ...

Next days i will go with installation ...

Thanks!

All my suspension parts are from Zanfi.it

I think these are the best lift for jimny, but it is expensive ...

For my lift i spent around 2000€ (don't mind the full kits on Zanfi's website ... they're including some gadgets usefull only for better comfort or driveability on road ...)

From the full 5" kit i took only :

springs
shock absorber
front castor corrected arms
adjustable panhards
longer brakelines
extended bumpstops
rear shock repositioners

so i save about 1000€ avoiding to order modified pitman arm, pahnard repositioners, rear radius arms, reinforced steering bars, etc, etc ...
