The bad news is that, in my experience, the heaters are brilliant. in fact its difficult to get cold air out of them!.
You either have a stuck or failed thermostat or there is a possiblility that the conrtol arm has been kicked off the side of the heater under the dashboard

That saves me starting another thread then:blush:
My heater Is utter cack as well and I was thinking that It could be the matrix.
Iirc the thermostat Is quite difficult to access Is It not?
The temp gauge In the jimny has never really worked either and usually sits on 0.
There was one time that I started up the engine and was standing outside gassing to a mate for about 10 minutes and when I got In the cab It was roasting and the temp gauge was sitting midway:S I started driving and about 5 minutes later the gauge dropped and the heating went cold again:(
This jeep really has got me confused, It`s been one thing after another since I bought It.
In saying that It Is perfect for what I need It for and can`t see me getting rid.
