Hi
My 65 reg Jimney is fitted with TPM warning light
The recomended pressure is 26PSI i find this is to hard , If I reduce the psi the idiot warning light activates
ANY ideas how to get rid of the warning light E>G remove the fuse

The TPMS warning is fixed at about 23-25 PSI, so if you run the 26 PSI recommended then on cold mornings you will most likely see the warning.
There is no way to change the threshold and it’s an MOT failure if the TPMS isn’t working. Not sure what pulling the fuse will do, probably light the ‘Check Engine Light’ but it will certainly raise a fault code.
You can get TPMS Spoof devices that feed the TPMS a constant pressure on all four wheels (I have the Iron Gates unit for my off-road wheels, no sensors) but I don’t know how practical it is to have both the Iron Gates and real TPMS sensors at the same time, have a look at their website, search Iron Gates SpoofTPMS.
