TL;DR Stalling immediately on start up (while squealing) after removing intake manifold

In order to find where coolant has been leaking from (after replacing the thermostat housing) I've removed my intake manifold for a better look. Got it all back together the first time, started her up, and petrol was leaking from one of injector!. Sorted that out (put then back in). Started the car again and it was leaking from the injectors again. Reseated them, went to start the car and it wouldn't turn over at all.

Turns out I'd dislodged the trigger wire from the starter, so again I took apart the manifold, put the wire back on, and after a few days of waiting replacement injector seals arrived I got those back on. Anyway as you can see in the video , start her up and she is immediately stalls out all the while screaming like a banshee. If you blip the throttle it'll run but very rough.I've also gone and bought a new battery (which I probably didn't need) so we should be able to rule out that.

Does anyone have any ideas? Even if they aren't very good.

Sounds a bit like it's pulling air somewhere could be wrong, have you looked at the vacuum lines?

As far as I’m aware they’re all back in together. Is there any specific ones I Should pay particular attention to?

I refitted the one for the fuel rail not long before making this post, still no avail.

The squealing could be a pulley grinding as I hadn’t started the car in a week or so… maybe? 😬

Checked over the vacuum hoses and they're all fitted (as far as I can tell), this one from the PCV valve has a split in the end. I taped it up and that didn't make difference.

Another though, could it be my coil packs have given up the ghost finally? It smells quite rich.

Are the water pump and alternator turning freely?
