Custom tuning stage2 with freeflow exhaust

So couple weeks ago did rip out the old exhaust (thus deleting the cats), and add new freeflow branch and full stainless steel exhaust ( custom build by degraaff exhausts.
 
ecu with stage 2 custom tune added that include
* remove cat sensor completely
* engine parameters and sensor adjustements.
and many more tune settings.
* removed the 5000RPM cutout, nou set to around 6500rpm.

Tested on Dyno. 
Before std.                         
71kw at the wheels   @5009 rpm    
139 NM AT 3759 RPM
After
88kw at the wheels @6152 rpm (+23% increase)
147 NM at 3691 rpm

Long road driving, give longer breath agaist inclines Long strait climbs there is now very little gearing back to 4th. It seams to keep rpm 3600 / speeds 110km/h much longer in 5 gear.

My objective is as I pull a holiday trailer and would like to drive longer in a gears before need to change down become forced. This area it currently beat all my expectations. 

In the sand dunes it is complete different machine. What a little dragon now. We play almost every weekend. It is soooo much fun now on dune climbing. It has become a little monster. After 5 years that it was std, i knew in and out how she behaved in dunes when she was standard, so the difference is very notisable in the dunes.

The only negative is exhaust is relatively louder and maybe I will get used to it. On long roads there is a bit of drone sound but lets see how I can adjust to sound. It is not much but maybe after a 10 hour trip the drone sound could get to you. 

After 2 tanks driven, after tune I also see fuel consumption increase.
before Tune consumption was always around 10.9 km/l. (Average last 5000km)
After the tune consumption is now around 11.8km/h over 1000km driven after the tune.

so far, i am very happy overall and will give more feedback in 2 months time after holiday drive of another 3000km's. A bit longer term feedback.

That's pretty impressive, do you have the before & after graphs?

I'm considering doing the same, with the same company.  The graphs would be very useful.

powet all better all over the range and you will see the diff it made after 5000 rev limit removal. 

Torque show a dip. Unfortunately the traction control was not switched off on second run..it is a well documented issue to always run it in "service mode/traction off" mode. See blue circle indicated on graph.

Could you explain what you mean by the 5000rpm rev limit? The stock Jimny will rev to 6000rpm on the tacho before hitting the rev limiter.
