Replacement Brake Discs and Pads for Jimny JB74

After 46,000 miles and five and a half years the discs on my Jimny JB74 are looking rather inadequate. The car still seems to brake adequately (on a trip round the narrow and steep lanes of Exmoor at the weekend) and the car passes the MOT test. However, the pad height is 43 mm and the actual effective contact measurement only 30 mm on the outside of the disc (it might be slightly better on the inside). This can be seen in the attached photo.
Is this pattern of disc corrosion one that other Jimny owners recognise? I suspect the cause on my vehicle is that the car was purchased at the onset of the Covid outbreak and the car was rarely used in its early months.
I would feel safer if I replaced the discs and pads, they are not expensive and the job is not difficult. My main question is which brand of parts to use. I know many will prefer original Suzuki parts but the level of corrosion I have seen puts me off a bit. I have always been happy to use EBC parts but, although listed for my car they do not appear to be available. Are there any other brands of brake parts that Big Jimny Forum readers have positive or negative experiences with?
I will be thankful for any advice given.
Chris

Those discs do look tired. Don't know if they do them for the 4 but I have black diamond on temeraire and they are excellent.

Temeraire (2018 quasar grey automatic)
One of the last 200ish of the gen3s, probably.
Bellerophon (2024 grello van daily
ADOS Attention Deficit Ooooh Shiny!

Chris, are you sure your caliper pins are not corroded/stuck?  From the photo it sure looks like that outer pad is engaging very little or not at all.

Also -- food for thought -- when it comes time for replacement you can upgrade to JC74 calipers and rotors instead of like-for-like. Reduced fade with the vented rotors, and more options for aftermarket pads as the JC calipers are a similar pattern to some other makes/models.

I also had the idea to use the JC Calipers and discs, but it seems there are quality issues and many here are experiencing warped discs after only a few 1000km

The photo is rather misleading as it was taken after the Jimny had been pressure washed but not driven. Normally the area that the pad is actually contacting is shiny and bright.
