I will bring the bar to a shop with a hydraulic press to straighten it. 

The relocation bracket is now fitted:

I would not try to straighten it........ They're like tissue paper thin
If you cannot get one made I personally would weld a suitable piece of angle iron the full length and weld at intervals

Right, today I noticed they are so thin... maybe the shop will figure out how to fabricate one and maybe a little tougher.
