I know both CV joints are finally ruined (again). In fact, symptoms are worse than last time. Except these two only lasted a year because I replaced them with used axes, which initially showed no symptoms. But since I can see the disassembled part, how can I tell if that CV joint is worn out? Because I'll probably have to buy used ones again, from some jimny that's being dismantled for parts, some wrecked car...

Commonly you are looking for flat spots on the ball bearings or signs of cracking on the inner spider part but this wear can be very difficult to see with a visual inspection especially if everything is covered in grease and very minor wear will lead to quite noisy joints.

End of this week or next week I should receive CV joints from Febest, they are the only I can get here, from Amazon US... And then I will post the pictures. Anything else I should possibly replace while unmounting the front axle?

other parts to inspect and possibly service would be the shaft seal and hub seals and possibly the king pin bearings and swivel seals.
These parts can be bought as a kit.
I would change the shaft seal inside the axle everytime i was in there as it is cheap and the consequence of it leaking is way more expensive when/if the oil wash out the grease in the hub.

Also have some 30302 bearings to hand if your kingpin bearings need to be changed........ You can always pop them on the spares shelf for another time
