Well I bit the bullet and installed a turbo to my 2024 Jimny XL, 14000km traveled. The kit is very easy to fit with only a few curly ones but not to hard at all.

Optimists are those with little knowledge of the details.

More curious if any of these kits can be pursuaded into my gen3, or if there is any kits for my engine, or if my 11.0 compression would just mess it up.
No, better not think more of it and go down that rabbit hole.

The m series is hardly strong enough to cope with boost in anything like meaningful quantities unless 1 you like rods coming out of blocks or 2 you are prepared to take it apart and fit a fully forged rotating assembly.

One of the last 200ish of the gen3s, probably.

Thanks!
No need to think more of it :)

But back to the topic.
Does this add mostly high rev power, or is there low end torque added too?
