Hello, in my 2015 Jimny. yellow check engine light came on. An OBD test showed that the problem was with the rear oxygen sensor that sits on the catalytic converter. I replaced it with a new sensor. The light went out for a few days and came on again with the same problem. What could be the problem?!

Did you replace with a genuine sensor or one with the plug already attached? Or was it one you wired in to the plug yourself?
The reason for asking is that the resistance of the O2 sensor is very low and even a slightly bad joint can cause the problems you are seeing.
Apart from a slightly poor sensor, it might be the connector is not making a good connection, or you might have damage to the wiring loom.
