Your dealer will be able to get one. I used to work at a Skoda dealer and was possible to order a key for any car, as long as you had the vin number. It won't be a problem as long as the parts man is not a dummy.

Did you ever got a spare key made? I have the same problem.
I contacted Suzuki UK, they said no, can not help, it is an import.
What I also learned about these new "smart" keys, there are 3 components that must be copied. The actual key blade, the remote functions (which uses 315MHz) and the proximity function. The proximity function must be coded to the vehicles ECU via the OBDII port. The transponder chip is a ID47 HITAG type. I received some prices from various online businesses, between £190 and £500 to do this, but without any guarantees that it will even work. You must still pay the full price, even if it does not work.
