Hi all, new here.
have had to make a account to seek help for repair my jimny tomorrow morning.
the crank pulley failed. Got old one off and new one ready to go with a new bolt but can’t find the torq anywhere.

please help. 
2006 1.3 m13a vvt.

150Nm. You might need to make a locking tool that picks up on the two threaded holes in the centre and clamps against the face of the pulley.


If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there :)

I modified a large spanner to remove it. Hoping I can reuse the modified spanner to tighten again

150Nm, it says there.  So more than a wheel nut.  I am assuming this is for dry threads, with a new bolt.

Double and triple check the Woodruff key is properly located before tightening.
