the left one is from the new to me used headlights, most likely a 99 jimny. Adjusting was not working when they where hooked up to my 05.
The right one with the most mud, is the original 05 motor, note the orientation of the connector. This one work just fine.
When changing the motors on the back of your headlights you do not need to take out the whole headlight, can be changed from behind.
There is a plastic flip that lock the twist of the motors so helps to push that down, makes it easier to twist the motors loose from the headlights.
Norway 2005 Jimny M16A VVT, 235 BFG MT, 2" Trailmaster, ARB rear lck, 17%/87% high/low gears.
