AVM hubs with taper bushes - bushes broken into bits

taking the AVM hubs off to do bearings and the taper bushes have split into 3 or 4 pieces. Can't find any online, anybody know where I can get some? Can't just put bolts in as head just about same size as hole in AVM drive flange. Thx.

My avm hubs just use bolts 
The split cone washers are a sj/samurai thing used on asin and fixed hubs 
 

Maybe post a pic of your hub

Had those things on the LC. Tip to take them off is remove the nut and shake the cone free with a sharp tap with a brass drift and hammer on end of stud.

I installed AVM manual hubs last year and they came with the cone washers for the main securing bolts.

I know it's a bit late, but someone warned me not to over-tighten the securing bolts and apply a smear of copper grease so they come out again.

I am not sure if they are the same as the Samuri ones. Unless you can find a match on eBay I suggest trying Jimnybits or KS International (where my hubs came from) to see if they can supply them, but neither list these as a service part.

For reasons of cost the AVM ones are sintered whereas the SJ ones I found on ebay America are machined. I am much happier with my American ones.

I tried KS as that's where I bought them from and was told I was ham fisted to break them and should have got somebody with knowledge to do the job for me. They were very rude and unhelpful. I've even contacted AVM in Brazil and they just said contract my supplier. I'll look at the ones on eBay. Might even just turn some myself. The cones don't sit flush with the casing and the bolt heads are too small to fit the housing without, so i think you do end up with too much pressure on them, even when using the right torque setting.
