Death wobble

Hi and congratulations on your new Jimny.

The norm for worn steering component induced wobble is 45 -55, but you are going to feel it in the steering. Same is usually true of wheel balance issues, but the speed at which it occurs is less predictable. It's possible the wheels are out of balance, more likely the rears as it's not moving the steering, but it could also be many other things.
To be honest a slight RHS mirror shake at 70mph, if that's the only indication, is not bad and just as likely to be a damaged mirror. I would check that first, comparing with the LHS for any difference. Mirrors can and do get "whacked" in vehicle to object jousting, mine had hidden damage when I first purchased my Jimny.

They didn't suggest replacing the, king pins, I did thinking it wouldn't add much to the cost without appreciating the cost of the parts!
Happy with the quote based on 3 hours labour and replacement of the bearings and my trust in the garage.

Thanks for the advice but I'm no mechanic and would prefer to pay a little more and know the job has been done properly.

That seems logical however the hub seal is just a dust seal, it's not designed to retain oil or grease hence why it leaks as soon worn kingpin bearing allow axle oil to leak into the swivel. I never bother replacing it.
Another common issue is people stuffing the whole swivel full of grease. This invariably leaks back out past the dust seal in fairly short order.
