Hello and thank you. I am new to the site but have been researching the dreaded prop shaft oil leek.

I’ve read the pinned post here www.bigjimny.com/index.php/forum/7-jimny...-leaking-again-grrrr

I am 100% confident that this is the exact issue I can see from the underside of the Jimny. It’s a 2008 1.3 manual with electronic 4 wheel drive.

I am looking for the part numbers for the propshaft and the oil seal please and also where I can buy them.

Hi.

I just cleaned my driveshaft properly and put sealant on the welds at the driveshaft. has been good for a few years now.

Also changed the oil seal, can be found here: www.bigjimny.com/store/gearbox-rear-oil-seal.html

Norway -84 SJ410, 87 SJ413 lwb, 88 sammy trailer.
2005 Jimny M16A VVT, 235 Cooper Disco, 2" Trailmaster, ARB rear lck.
