I believe -5 is the offset of the OEM rims, so you should be fine with those rims, as long as you don't go overboard on the tire size.
Regarding that suspension lift - a four inch lift sounds quite extreme. If the JA22W uses the same (or a similar) coil spring setup as the JB43 & JB74, you'll probably need some sort of caster compensation so it might be an idea to make sure the kit includes it.

All factory wheels are positive 5 offset.

Can someone confirm if the data in the wiki about Jimny wheel offsets is correct:

My gen3 alloys are definitely et5 it's cast into the wheel on both my sets.
